The website is owned and operated by Colorful Passions. By using this website, you agree and accept following Terms and Conditions, including Delivery, Returns and Privacy Policy.

T&C’s are applied to all products available one the website and to everyone who access and using ColorfulPassions.com. If you do not agree with any points of the T&C’s, Delivery, Returns and Privacy policy, please do not proceed an order.

Photos and all the contents on the website are owned by Colorful Passions. It is prohibited to copy and make use of the contents without contacting Colorful Passions and receiving specific permission.

 

Placing your order and payment

ColorfulPassions.com offers placing orders and processing payments without creating customer account.

All products have clearly stated prices or discounts applied. You can add any items that you wish to buy into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ to place your order. You will be asked to provide delivery address and mobile telephone number (it is required for shipping and contact purposes for courier). 

Delivery cost is calculated at the checkout and it is based on a total weight. We provide few delivery options to better fits your expectations, so choose from available selection. If you are not happy with provided prices, you can abandon your order or contact us to find better solution. ColorfulPassions.com is not responsible for any issues or delays with delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided when placing an order.

All prices are in pound sterling.

We offer secure payments via PayPal and Stripe. Colorful Passions is not storing credit cards or bank account details.

You will be notified when your payment has been processed and we will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the process.

We reserve the right to reject and cancel any order at any time without providing the reason. We reserve the right to limit our offer to specific locations or products at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel the order if the item became out of stock or if there is a description or pricing error.

 

Products description and price

We make every effort to ensure that the products description on our website is as accurate as possible in terms of colour, size, weight and material.

We always try to make sure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. In terms of any errors found, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will offer you an option of reordering a product at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

We try to keep in stock all items listed on ColorfulPassions.com at the stated quantity, however due to selling on multiple marketplaces product can be unavailable at the time you place your order. In this case, we will let you know about it as soon as possible, and we will provide you expected restock time.

We cannot guarantee that the product colour you see on your device will be exactly the same as the product colour in reality. Slight difference might appear due to your screen settings.

 

Returns

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Unwanted goods should be sent back to us in unused, unopened and resalable condition within 14 days.

Delivery and postage costs of returning items are not refundable and paid by purchaser.

If you received wrong products due to our picking/packing error, please send us photo of received items and we will send you postage label which you need to put on the returning parcel. Please pack products carefully to avoid damages in transit. We will resend you correct products or you’ll will be entitled to cancel the order and money refund.

If you received products damaged during delivery or items are missing, you should notify us in writing via email within 7 days and we will take necessary actions to resolve your issues.

If you have any other complaint about the products, you should notify us in writing via the email address shown below, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.

 

Custom orders

We offer the possibility of requesting special orders – including additional colours, materials and sizes. These orders will be specifically agreed with Colorful Passions Team. Once confirmed and purchased, special orders cannot be returned.

 

Changes and updates

We reserve the right to change the contents of the website including prices and product description without prior notice. Any product can be discontinued at any time and removed from offer.

Terms and Conditions, Delivery and Returns and Privacy policy rules can be changed and updated at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to become familiar with the latest version when accessing the website and making a purchase.
